When Can I Purchase a Policy?
You're able to purchase an InsuraWedding policy up to 2 years in advance of your scheduled ceremony date and cover starts the day you purchase your policy. You can get cover for the costs of your deposits immediately and what's more, any deposits you've already paid will automatically be covered too!
Please note: All InsuraWedding policies must be purchased at least 14 days in advance of the scheduled ceremony date.

Your venue may require you to have public liability cover in place in order for them to hold your ceremony or reception. Marquee Cover
If you're planning on having a marquee at your ceremony, whether it be for the ceremony itself or for the reception, it makes sense to insure this on your Civil Ceremony Insurance policy rather than holding multiple policies. InsuraWedding’s Marquee cover option provides cover for up to £20,000, giving you peace of mind that should the marquee suffer loss or damage by any cause not specifically excluded on the policy, you will be covered!
Please Note – The period of hire for the marquee must not exceed 3 days in order to be covered under this extension.
Coronavirus Cover
Our Coronavirus Cover is there to protect you should you have to cancel your ceremony due to one of the Partnering Couple or a close family member of theirs (such as a parent) contract Coronavirus within 10 days of the scheduled ceremony date, making the continuance of the ceremony inappropriate.
