First, check your Schedule of Insurance and your policy to make sure that what you're claiming for is covered.
For All Single Trip and Annual Multi-Trip Policies Sections
The easiest way to make a claim is online at: www.imglobal.com/member/assistance/claims. The process should take 10-15 minutes to complete depending on the type of claim.
Please ensure you have your policy certificate, trip dates, supporting documentation, and details of the incident before starting your claim.
