How to Make a Claim

If you believe that you have a claim under your Insurance Policy, you the Claims Handlers listed on your Schedule of Benefits - which you will find under the 'How to Make a Claim' section.

When notifying a claim, you will need to provide your name, policy number (shown on your schedule of benefits), the name of your Broker or Insurance Intermediary (in this case it will be Fresh-Start Insurance Services), and provide full details on the loss or damage.

Remember to have your policy number available when corresponding with Fresh Start. Any claim should be reported to the claims handlers immediately or as soon as is reasonably possible. Please refer to your insurance schedule and policy document for details of full cover and exclusions.
